We combine budget certainty with agile flexibility. You receive a binding proposal with clearly defined work packages and milestones. Within each package, you can adjust priorities at any time without renegotiation.

Within each work package, scope can be flexibly prioritized. If a reporting feature is added to WP 4, another feature moves to the next sprint instead.

Agile Fixed Price

What happens if the scope changes fundamentally?

Then we adjust the plan together. Completed work packages remain fixed. For new requirements, we define an additional work package with its own fixed price - transparent and without renegotiating existing packages.

Can a work package be commissioned individually?

Yes. Many clients start with WP 1 (Discovery & Prototype) and then decide whether and how to continue. Each work package is self-contained and delivers a concrete result.
