TypeScript

TypeScript is not an optional add-on for us - it is the standard in every project. The static type system catches entire categories of errors at compile time, enables safe refactoring and provides excellent IDE support with autocompletion and inline documentation.

React

React is the foundation of our frontend development and underpins most of our web applications. We have been working with React since its early days and have actively followed its evolution from class components through hooks to React Server Components, applying each in client projects.

Next.js

Next.js is our preferred framework for demanding web applications and SaaS products. We leverage the App Router, React Server Components and Server Actions to build performant, SEO-optimized applications that can be both server-rendered and statically generated.

Astro

Astro is our framework of choice for content websites, marketing pages and documentation portals. Static generation with optional interactivity enables lightning-fast load times and perfect Lighthouse scores - ideal for SEO-critical projects.

Node.js

Node.js is the runtime environment that underpins our entire backend stack. Its event-driven, non-blocking architecture enables us to build high-performance server applications that efficiently handle thousands of concurrent connections.

NestJS

NestJS is our preferred backend framework for scalable, enterprise-grade APIs and microservices. Its modular architecture, built on TypeScript with modular dependency injection, enables us to develop maintainable and testable backend systems.

PostgreSQL

PostgreSQL is our primary database for demanding applications. This powerful open-source database provides us with the reliability, extensibility and SQL compliance we need for enterprise projects - from simple CRUD applications to complex data models with millions of records.

OpenAPI / Swagger

At dectria, we follow an API-first approach. OpenAPI (formerly Swagger) is the standard for API design, documentation and code generation. Every API we build starts with a specification.

Flutter

Flutter is our technology of choice for cross-platform mobile apps. With a single codebase, we develop native applications for iOS and Android that are indistinguishable from natively built apps - including support for platform-specific features like Android Auto and Apple CarPlay.

React Native / Expo

React Native is our alternative to Flutter for cross-platform mobile app development - especially when teams are already deeply invested in React and the React ecosystem. With React Native, we can use the same developers, patterns and even some components for both web and mobile.

LLM / AI

Artificial intelligence and Large Language Models are no longer futuristic concepts - they are concrete tools we integrate into client projects today. At dectria, we combine solid software engineering with practical AI experience to embed LLMs meaningfully and securely into existing business processes.

Vercel AI SDK

The Vercel AI SDK is a TypeScript toolkit for integrating AI functionality into web applications. It abstracts the differences between LLM providers such as Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, Anthropic and Ollama behind a unified API and is built streaming-first — responses are delivered token by token to the UI instead of making users wait for a complete answer.

Cube.dev

Cube.dev is a semantic analytics layer — a headless BI solution that sits between your database and frontend, providing a governed, API-based query layer. Instead of writing SQL directly in the frontend, you define data models with measures, dimensions and joins that Cube translates into optimized queries.

Docker

Docker is a central part of our development and deployment infrastructure. Through containerization, we ensure that applications run identically in every environment - from local development through staging to production.

Cloudflare

Cloudflare is an integral part of our hosting and performance strategy. We use Cloudflare Pages for static websites, Cloudflare Workers for edge computing and the global CDN for lightning-fast content delivery worldwide.

Vercel

Vercel is our preferred hosting platform for Next.js applications and dynamic web applications. As the creators of Next.js, Vercel offers the most seamless integration for Server Components, Incremental Static Regeneration and Edge Middleware.

Microsoft Azure

Microsoft Azure is one of our primary cloud platforms, which we use both for our own products and for client projects. Particularly in enterprise environments and with clients who have existing Microsoft infrastructure, Azure is the natural choice.

Render

Render is a modern cloud platform we use for hosting web applications, APIs and background services. Compared to the major cloud providers, Render offers a significantly simpler developer experience — without the complexity of large cloud providers like Azure.

On-Premise

Not every application belongs in the cloud. For clients with strict data privacy requirements, regulatory obligations or existing own infrastructure, we offer tailored on-premise deployments.

PostHog

PostHog is an all-in-one product analytics platform that combines product analytics, session recording, feature flags and A/B testing in a single tool. Its open-source core and self-hosting capability make PostHog particularly attractive for privacy-conscious companies.

Resend

Resend is a modern, developer-first email API built for reliability and excellent developer experience. Unlike traditional email services like SendGrid or Mailgun, Resend embraces modern development practices and a minimalist, well-documented API.
