Raiffeisen Informatik Center Steiermark (RICS) operated an internally used PHP-based web portal for organization, documentation, analysis, and automation.
Challenge
The existing PHP portal was technically outdated and could no longer be efficiently maintained or extended. A complete modernization was required — while migrating all existing data and without disrupting ongoing operations.
Solution
The portal was completely rebuilt with modern technologies. Through a requirements analysis with key stakeholders, the system was implemented in agile cycles with continuous user feedback integration. A seamless production handover including data migration was ensured.
