Raiffeisen-Landesbank Steiermark AG, headquartered in Graz, forms the largest banking group in southern Austria together with 56 Styrian Raiffeisen banks. Bank staff needed an efficient way to inform employees about bonuses, functional allowances, and special payments via personalized letters.
Solution
Document generation was fully automated using Microsoft VBA macros. Staff can now generate hundreds of personalized letters with a single click, as both PDF and Word documents, based on employee data stored in Excel.
The application selects pre-built templates based on control parameters, populates employee-specific information, and preserves the original formatting for future adjustments by staff.
The automation saves time and costs while eliminating manual processing errors through full automation.
